- Do I need to credit you when I post? No, when you purchase any of the templates, you have full commercial use.
- Can I use these for my whole team/brokerage? Yes.
- What if I don't like it after I buy? Contact us at patrick@listinglabhq.com. We're happy to help you get the most out of your templates or find a solution for you to ensure our clients are always happy.
- Do I need a Canva account? Yes, a free Canva account is all you need.
- Will other agents in my area have the same templates? These templates are available to multiple agents, but since every agent customizes them with their own photos, colors, branding, and content, your feed will look unique to you.
- How long until I receive my templates after purchase? Shortly after purchase (seconds/minutes) you will be sent an email with access and instructions. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at patrick@listinglabhq.com.
- Can I use these on Facebook too? Yes, since the vertical posts work for both.
- What software do I need besides Canva? Nothing, just a free Canva account and your phone or computer.
- Can I edit these on my phone? Yes, Canva works on both mobile and desktop.
